Board Topnotcher Receives Sanggunian Commendation
Nicole Pastor Joaquin, Top 1 in the May 2026 Dentists Licensure Examination, was unanimously commended by the Sanggunian for her outstanding achievement during the 23rd Regular Session on June 8, 2026.
Authored and sponsored by City Councilor Yzyra Marie E. Hernandez and co-sponsored by City Councilor Cristabelle Marie C. Paulino, Resolution No. 131 recognizes Joaquin for her remarkable accomplishment in the licensure examination held on May 4-6 (written) and May 11-14 (practical).
A resident of Olongapo City and a graduate of Adventist University of the Philippines in Cavite, Joaquin plans to pursue teaching in her alma mater.
