The Sangguniang Panlungsod ng Olongapo is committed to building a trustworthy, responsive, and people-centered local government. Welcoming all voices by promoting sectoral representation, CSO involvement, accessibility measures, and non-discriminatory practices that affirm every Olongapeño’s value and dignity.

Ensuring laws and decisions are fair, compassionate, and rights-based, prioritizing marginalized communities, guaranteeing equal access to resources, and upholding due process in all quasi-judicial actions.
