SP Members Elect PCL Olongapo Chapter Officers
The Members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod elected its new set of officers for the Philippine Councilors League (PCL) Olongapo Chapter last August 5, 2025 at the FMA Hall, Olongapo City Hall.
The election was supervised by PCL National Executive Vice President Hon. Joan Crystal D. Parker-Aguas and facilitated by the PCL Commission on Elections headed by DILG City Director Zotico Gerson A. Villanueva Jr. Participated by all the Members of the Sanggunian, the following officers were elected for the 2025-2028 term:
President: Hon. Angelito W. Baloy
Vice President: Hon. Ermelando N. Anonat
Secretary General: Hon. Cristabelle Marie C. Paulino
Treasurer: Hon. Noel Y. Atienza
Auditor: Hon. Rodolfo S. Catologan
Public Relations Officer: Hon. Eyrma Yvette D. Marzan-Estrella
Business Manager: Hon. Jamiel Jules K. Escalona
Board of Director: Hon. Vicente H. Magsaysay II
City Mayor Hon. Rolen C. Paulino, Jr. administered the Oath of Office, and was witnessed by City Vice Mayor Hon. Kaye Ann S. Legaspi.
The Philippine Councilors League is a DILG-accredited local government organization composed of all elected, appointed, and ex-officio members of legislative councils in the cities and municipalities of the country, which aims to be at the forefront of contemporary and emerging trends in the local administration and development to help improve the quality of life of the people through effective local legislation.
